PURPOSE OF MISSOURI STATE QUILTERS GUILD
The purpose of MSQG shall be:
(a) to preserve and promote the art of quilt making;
(b) to educate members and the public in the history of quilt
making;
(c) to collect and disseminate information such as lectures and
workshops which focus on the history and art of quilt making;
(d) to foster and encourage in the public an appreciation,
regard and esteem for the history and art of quilt making;
(e) to provide relief and comfort for the poor, the distressed or
the underprivileged by contributing services and/or materials
related to quilts and quilt making.

MEMBERSHIP INFORMATION
Section 1 Qualifications.
Membership is open to anyone who has an interest in the stated purpose
of MSQG. No person will be denied membership on the basis of race,
creed, religion or sex.
Section 2. Dues
Members shall pay annual dues of $20.00, or three year dues of $50.00,
due and payable July 1. Members whose dues have not been received by
September 1 shall be dropped from the membership rolls. New memberships
paid after January 15 shall be at the rate of $15.00.
